Ben jij klaar om je mouwen op te rollen en te zorgen dat onze verse patisserieproducten netjes en tijdig verpakt worden? Als inpakverantwoordelijke ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de goede werking van onze verpakkingsafdeling. Je coördineert je team, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt voor een vlot en efficiënt verpakkingsproces.

Je werkt in een wisselend 2-ploegensysteem van maandag tot vrijdag, waardoor je elk weekend gegarandeerd vrij bent.

De Functie

  • Als inpakverantwoordelijke zorg je samen met jouw team voor een efficiënte verpakkingsflow zodat onze producten op een correcte en efficiënte manier worden verpakt volgens de opgelegde standaarden.
  • Je verpakt mee onze taarten, éclairs en andere patisserieproducten volgens de juiste standaarden en kwaliteitsvereisten.
  • Je stuurt het team van inpakoperatoren aan, motiveert hen en helpt bij vragen of problemen.
  • Je sorteert afwijkende producten uit, bedient de verpakkings- en etiketteermachines, print etiketten en controleert de afgewerkte producten.
  • Je coördineert de pauzes en zorgt ervoor dat productwissels vlot verlopen.
  • Je grijpt zelf in bij kleine storingen en schakelt de juiste personen in bij grotere technische issues.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer tijdens je shift en zorgt voor een goede sfeer en samenwerking.

Jouw Profiel

  • Je hebt reeds ervaring opgebouwd in een leidinggevenderol. Kennis van een productieomgeving en/of van verschillende verpakkingsinstallaties is een grote troef.
  • Als inpakverantwoordelijke werk je zelf mee met het team en zorg je met jouw hands-on aanpak en doe-mentaliteit voor het aansturen, motiveren en begeleiden van onze inpakoperatoren.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, werkt graag zelf mee én neemt initiatief.
  • Je houdt het overzicht, durft beslissingen nemen en communiceert duidelijk.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en technisch inzicht.
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel, van maandag tot vrijdag
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek en bent in staat technische storingen (mee) te verhelpen.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands.
