Voor een opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Inside/Outbound Sales Representative. In deze functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospects en help je hen bij het vinden van passende oplossingen voor vaak technisch complexe vraagstukken. Je start vanuit de binnendienst en krijgt de tijd om de organisatie, producten en technische toepassingen goed te leren kennen. Zodra je voldoende kennis en ervaring hebt opgedaan, maak je onder begeleiding van een ervaren Sales Manager de stap naar externe B2B-sales. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf stap voor stap tot een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor klanten binnen de hightechindustrie. Als Inside/Outbound Sales Representative luister je naar de wensen en behoeften van klanten en prospects en vertaal je deze naar passende oplossingen. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met het engineeringteam, dat betrokken wordt bij het ontwikkelen van technische maatwerkoplossingen. De functie biedt een mooie combinatie van commercieel klantcontact en techniek. Je hoeft niet vanaf dag één alles van inductieve oplossingen en spoelen te weten. Je wordt intern opgeleid en krijgt de ruimte om jouw technische en commerciële kennis steeds verder uit te breiden. Na je inwerkperiode ga je naast inbound sales ook actief aan de slag met outbound sales. Je benadert potentiële klanten, bouwt relaties op en gaat uiteindelijk ook mee naar of zelfstandig naar klantafspraken.
