Als Inside Sales word je onderdeel van ons enthousiaste salesteam van ongeveer 20 collega's. Samen met je directe collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor een van onze webshops op het gebied van networking, WiFi, 4G/5G, firewalls, beveiligingscamera's, AV, headsets, telefonie en portofoons. Je adviseert voornamelijk zakelijke klanten over onze ICT-oplossingen en helpt hen bij het vinden van het product dat het beste aansluit bij hun situatie. Daarbij heb je dagelijks contact met klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Je stelt offertes op, volgt deze op en zorgt ervoor dat klanten goed geholpen worden. Je hoeft niet vanaf dag één alles van onze producten te weten. We leiden je intern op, zodat je steeds meer productkennis opdoet en tegelijkertijd je commerciële vaardigheden verder kunt ontwikkelen.
