Voor een internationaal actieve producent met klanten in uiteenlopende industriële sectoren zoeken we een inside sales medewerker. In deze rol vorm je de schakel tussen klanten, commerciële partners en de interne organisatie. Je combineert commerciële flair met administratieve nauwkeurigheid en draagt rechtstreeks bij aan een uitstekende klantenervaring. Als commercieel bediende ben je veel meer dan een administratieve ondersteuning. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en commerciële agenten en zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier vlot en professioneel wordt opgevolgd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opvolgen van klantendossiers van offerte tot betaling
  • Berekenen van prijzen en opmaken van offertes
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van orders
  • Beantwoorden van vragen over levertermijnen, offertes en lopende bestellingen
  • Adviseren van klanten over technische en commerciële aspecten van producten en oplossingen
  • Onderhouden van contacten met internationale klanten en commerciële partners
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie, planning, logistiek en andere interne afdelingen
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame en langdurige klantenrelaties

Geen standaardwerk dus. Elk project, elke offerte en elke klant vraagt een andere aanpak. Net die variatie zorgt ervoor dat geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde is.

Je haalt voldoening uit tevreden klanten en krijgt energie van een functie waarin communicatie, organisatie en commercieel inzicht centraal staan.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Een achtergrond in marketing, communicatie, commercie of een technische richting is een troef
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans en/of Duits is mooi meegenomen
  • Nauwkeurig en administratief sterk
  • Houdt overzicht over verschillende dossiers tegelijk
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt oplossingsgericht mee
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een technische omgeving en bent bereid je verder in producten en toepassingen te verdiepen
  • Werkt vlot met Microsoft Office en ERP-systemen
