Die baseren zij op kennis, ervaring en een geoliede samenwerking waarin mensen op elkaar durven te rekenen. Wat ga je doen? - Als Lease-adviseur ben je de spin in het web voor hun klanten. Zo onderhoud je de relatie en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor al hun inhoudelijke en operationele vragen. - Je zorgt voor overzicht en passende actie bij de aflopende contracten, zodat de klant tijdig en goed geadviseerd wordt bij de keuze voor een nieuwe leaseauto. Het opstellen van een leasecalculatie op maat en de bijbehorende offerte is hier onderdeel van. - Ook in de aanwas van nieuwe klanten speel je als Lease-Adviseur een rol. Je hebt plezier in het benaderen van prospect klanten en hen de juiste vragen te stellen om de behoeften en wensen van de klant echt te begrijpen. - Je werkt nauw samen met de collega's van de buitendienst die je voorziet van up-to-date klantinformatie voor de bezoeken die zij afleggen en jullie bereiden samen afspraken voor. - Je werkt samen met alle collega's en rapporteert direct aan de Commercieel Directeur. Binnen het sales team vormen binnen- en buitendienst een gelijkwaardig team, met duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden en blind vertrouwen in elkaar. Wie ben jij? - Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring binnen een vergelijkbare functie; - Een dosis lef en creativiteit om de klant om zijn/haar commitment te laten geven.
