Als Inside Sales Engineer bij onze opdrachtgever in Eindhoven ben jij de verbindende factor tussen klanten, leveranciers en het interne team. Functieomschrijving Als Inside Sales Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van klantvragen en projecten van aanvraag tot levering. Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers, klanten en leveranciers om technische oplossingen succesvol te realiseren. De projecten lopen uiteen van organisaties die hun wagenpark willen elektrificeren tot bedrijven die behoefte hebben aan energieopslag en laadoplossingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen technisch en commercieel goed worden uitgewerkt en het proces soepel verloopt. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Uitwerken van klantaanvragen naar passende offertes, inclusief technische uitwerking en prijscalculaties - Accountmanagers ondersteunen bij commerciële trajecten en technische vraagstukken - Klantprojecten begeleiden van eerste aanvraag tot levering en zorgen dat alle stappen soepel verlopen - Klanten adviseren over de juiste producten en toepassingen binnen elektrificatie, laadinfra en energieoplossingen - Orders verwerken, projecten bewaken en zorgen voor een goede afstemming tussen klant, leverancier en interne organisatie - Coördineren van de logistieke afhandeling en ervoor zorgen dat materialen tijdig en correct worden geleverd - Meewerken aan de voorbereiding en organisatie van beurzen en evenementen om de organisatie zichtbaar te maken - Je beschikt over een mbo werk- en denkniveau - Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en interesse in (elektrotechnische) oplossingen - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervari...
