The DOC is een in Oracle gespecialiseerde IT-organisatie in Weert. Wij ontwikkelen maatwerksoftware, beheren de omgevingen waarop deze zijn gebouwd en bieden consultancy op enterprise niveau. Dat doen we voor organisaties die ons vaak al jaren kennen. In ons CRM staan honderden klanten en oud-klanten met wie we mooie trajecten hebben gedaan. Daar zit onze grootste mogelijkheid tot ontwikkeling. Als Inside Sales ben jij degene die die kans oppakt. Jij belt, legt het eerste contact, plant afspraken in en zorgt dat er niets blijft liggen. Je werkt nauw samen met onze Business Development Managers: zij gaan naar buiten, jij zorgt dat ze met een volle agenda en een compleet dossier de deur uit gaan. Dit is nadrukkelijk geen exclusieve bureaufunctie. Je kunt regelmatig mee naar klantafspraken, zodat je weet met wie je belt en waarover je het hebt. Deze rol is een opstap: je groeit mee in het fundament dat we in sales bouwen. Hierin bieden wij de mogelijkheid om uit te groeien tot accountmanager. Jouw succes zie je terug in een groeiende pipeline: meer gesprekken, meer afspraken en klanten die weer in beweging komen. Wat ga je doen . - Bestaande klanten en oud-klanten in ons CRM opnieuw activeren en kansen herkennen. - Bellen en eerste contacten leggen: jij pakt de telefoon zonder drempel. - Afspraken inplannen voor de Business Development Managers en zelf meegaan waar dat waarde toevoegt. - Alles vastleggen in Pipedrive: gesprekken, vervolgacties en een pipeline die altijd klopt. - Offertes en contracten voorbereiden, verwerken en netjes afhandelen. - Bellijsten opbouwen en leads prekwalificeren, zodat het salesteam zijn tijd goed besteedt. - Meedenken over slimmer werken, ook met AI, om repeterend werk uit handen te nemen.
