Ben jij technisch aangelegd en krijg je energie van klantencontact, adviesverlening en het uitwerken van projecten? Dan is deze functie als Inside Sales Advisor misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je analyseert inkomende aanvragen en werkt deze uit tot technische en commerciële offertes.
  • Je stelt technische oplossingen op maat samen, zowel manueel als met behulp van software.
  • Je adviseert klanten over producten, toepassingen en technische mogelijkheden.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen over offertes via telefoon, e-mail en online meetings.
  • Je verwerkt inkomende orders en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken afdelingen over de juiste informatie beschikken.
  • Je coördineert de communicatie tussen klanten, leveranciers, productie, sales en aftersales.
  • Je bewaakt een correcte administratieve opvolging van dossiers en projecten.
  • Ook na de verkoop blijf je een aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en ondersteuning

Je bent een klantgerichte en technisch nieuwsgierige professional die graag meedenkt met klanten en oplossingen uitwerkt die écht het verschil maken.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in volgend profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met machinebouw en technische installaties.
  • Kennis van compressoren en blowers is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor zowel technische als commerciële aspecten.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, leergierig en houdt ervan om dossiers van A tot Z op te volgen.
