Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een Inside Sales Advisor die bestaande klanten begeleidt, contracten opvolgt en commerciële opportuniteiten detecteert. In deze rol bouw je sterke klantenrelaties uit en draag je bij aan een optimale klantenervaring.

Onze klant is een Belgische onderneming met een sterke positie binnen haar sector. Dankzij een klantgerichte aanpak, een dynamische werkomgeving en een focus op duurzame groei blijft de organisatie verder investeren in zowel haar klanten als haar medewerkers.

Omschrijving

  • Opvolgen van klanten waarvan het contract afloopt of werd opgezegd.
  • Actief onderhouden van bestaande klantenrelaties en versterken van klantloyaliteit.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en commerciële voorstellen.
  • Adviseren van klanten over de meest geschikte oplossingen op basis van hun behoeften.
  • Detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten binnen de bestaande klantenportefeuille.
  • Administratief verwerken van contracten en klantendossiers.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Rapporteren van resultaten en commerciële acties aan het management.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen customer service, inside sales, klantretentie of commerciële binnendienst.
  • Je haalt energie uit telefonisch klantencontact.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en administratief nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en denkt mee met de klant.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een resultaatgerichte omgeving.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer.
