Door hun focus op kwaliteit, expertise en service weten zij zowel particuliere als professionele klanten dagelijks te ondersteunen bij de realisatie van hun projecten. Om hun verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn zij op zoek naar een ervaren commerciële binnendienstmedewerker die snel zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid kan opnemen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Telefonisch, per mail en face-to-face adviseren van klanten over producten en oplossingen.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen, offertes en klantendossiers.
  • Actief inspelen op verkoopkansen en klantbehoeften.
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties door professionele opvolging.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen en bieden van een uitstekende klantenservice.
  • Administratief correct verwerken van verkoop- en klantgegevens.
  • Ondersteunen van collega's bij klantafspraken, planningen en opvolging van dossiers.
  • Bijdragen aan het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen en KPI's.
  • Fungeren als een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten en interne afdelingen.
  • Je beschikt over minstens enkele jaren ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst-, customer service- of inside salesfunctie.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt ownership over jouw dossiers.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en weet opportuniteiten te detecteren en om te zetten in concrete resultaten.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Je houdt van duidelijke doelstellingen en werkt graag met KPI's.
  • Je blijft oplossingsgericht, ook wanneer klanten complexe vragen hebben.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en voelt je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving.
