Elke succesvolle verkoop begint met een sterke opvolging achter de schermen. Een offerte die tijdig vertrekt, een klant die correct geïnformeerd wordt, een bestelling die vlekkeloos verwerkt wordt. Dat is waar jij het verschil maakt.

Voor een ambitieuze en groeiende organisatie zoeken we een internal sales medewerker die commerciële feeling combineert met organisatorisch talent. Je wordt een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, buitendienst, aankoop en interne diensten. Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak kunnen klanten rekenen op een professionele service en een vlotte samenwerking.

Geen dag verloopt exact hetzelfde. De ene keer bespreek je een offerte met een klant, de andere keer stem je af met de aankoopafdeling om de juiste informatie te verzamelen. Je houdt verschillende dossiers tegelijk in beweging en zorgt ervoor dat elk contact professioneel wordt opgevolgd.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Dagelijks contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail
  • Opvolgen van offertes en commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Bevestigen en verwerken van bestellingen
  • Informeren van klanten over acties en promoties
  • Geven van product- en serviceadvies
  • Opmaak van offertes en administratieve verwerking van commerciële dossiers
  • Afstemming met aankoop en andere interne afdelingen
  • Ondersteuning van de buitendienst bij klantendossiers

Je bouwt mee aan sterke klantenrelaties en draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei van de afdeling.

Je voelt je thuis in een commerciële omgeving waar klantenservice, nauwkeurigheid en initiatief hand in hand gaan.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen internal sales, commerciële binnendienst, customer service of een vergelijkbare functie
  • Nederlands en Engels beheers je vlot Je kan klanten ook professioneel verder helpen in het Frans
  • Je communiceert sterk en luistert aandachtig naar de noden van klanten
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en ziet kansen waar anderen problemen zien
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving
  • Samenwerken geeft je energie, maar ook zelfstandig neem je verantwoordelijkheid
