The posting

Als Inside Sales medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het actief ondersteunen van de commerciële activiteiten binnen onze afdelingen Air Freight, Ocean Freight en Road Transport. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het uitwerken van offertes, het onderhouden van klantrelaties en het identificeren van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden :

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes voor luchtvracht-, zeevracht- en wegtransportdiensten.
  • Actief onderhouden van contacten met klanten, partners en leveranciers.
  • Ondersteunen van de buitendienst bij commerciële trajecten en tenderaanvragen.
  • Identificeren van nieuwe business opportuniteiten bij bestaande en potentiële klanten.
  • Onderhandelen van tarieven met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen en commerciële trends.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratie en registratie in het CRM-systeem.
  • Samenwerken met operations om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.

Bachelor werk- en denkniveau.

Ervaring binnen forwarding, transport of logistiek is een sterke troef.

Kennis van luchtvracht, zeevracht en/of wegtransport.

Commercieel ingesteld met een klantgerichte mindset.

Sterke communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden.

Resultaatgericht, proactief en organisatorisch sterk.

Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.

Ervaring met MS Office en CRM-systemen.
