In deze functie als Inside Sales ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten in de bandenwereld. Je staat dagelijks klaar voor garages, bandencentrales, importeurs en grote vloten verspreid over Europa. Klanten nemen contact met je op voor advies en ondersteuning. Je bouwt aan een sterke relatie met elke klant, zodat ze zich echt gehoord en geholpen voelen.

Je dag bestaat uit veelvuldig contact met klanten en leveranciers via telefoon, e-mail en Whatsapp. Je bent niet alleen een vraagbaak, maar denkt ook actief mee over acties en promoties die je samen met je leidinggevende uitwerkt. Deze acties breng je onder de aandacht via mailings en sociale media. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans, zodat je klanten uit verschillende landen vlot te woord kan staan.

  • Je behaalde minstens een diploma secundair onderwijs
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je goed behelpen in het Frans (telefonisch gesprek lukt)
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis Engels
  • Je hebt al een eerste werkervaring achter de rug
  • Je bent enthousiast, klantgericht en je haalt energie uit klantencontact
  • Interesse in auto's of de automotive sector is mooi meegenomen
