Inside Sales I Heist Op Den Berg I FT I NL/FR

Over jouw nieuwe werkgever Onze klant is een lokale speler gelegen te Heist-op-den-Berg, actief in de productie en bovendien een familiebedrijf. Jij zal hier tewerkgesteld worden als allround administratief bediende waarin je zowel aankoop als verkoop taken gaat opnemen, dit ter ondersteuning van de manager.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Binnen deze functie sta jij in voor de administratieve flow van de firma (zowel aankoop als verkoop):

  • Je staat enerzijds in voor de verkoopadministratie; orderbevestiging, prijsberekeningen maken in Excel, offertes opmaken en klantencontacten
  • Verder neem je ook een stuk bedrukking voor je rekening; contacten met leveranciers, controleren van druk drukbeelden etc.
  • Anderzijds beheer je de aankoopadministratie; prijzen controleren, facturen nakijken, transporten opvolgen,..
  • Aan afwisseling en uitdaging dus geen gebrek!

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt liefst over een bachelor/master diploma of denkniveau
  • Een eerste ervaring in een administratieve functie is een must (customer service, administratie, aankoop)
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel, dit om prijsberekeningen te maken (formules & draaitabellen)
  • Daarnaast spreek je zeer goed Nederlands en heb je een vlotte kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je kan goed zelfstandig werken, bent nauwkeurig en gaat klantgericht te werk
  • Je bent flexibel en proactief ingesteld
  • Heb je reeds ervaring in een productieomgeving? Dan is dat zeker een pluspunt
