The posting

Depuis sa création, mozzeno s'appuie sur un modèle digital basé sur l'acquisition directe de clients. Afin de soutenir sa croissance, l'entreprise développe aujourd'hui un canal indirect via des courtiers partenaires, avec l'objectif d'augmenter les volumes et de diversifier ses sources d'acquisition.

Nous recherchons dès lors un profil clé pour structurer, piloter et développer la performance de ce canal en pleine expansion :

  • Vous identifiez de nouveaux courtiers potentiels (prospection principalement interne / digitale) et participez aux démarches de prise de contact et de présentation de mozzeno ;
  • Vous assurez l'onboarding des nouveaux partenaires (process, outils, fonctionnement) ;
  • Vous êtes le point de contact principal au quotidien pour nos partenaires (réponse à leurs questions, demandes, etc.) et garantissez une relation de qualité, proactive et durable ;
  • Vous assurez un suivi régulier et structuré de l'activité des courtiers (volume, qualité des dossiers, conversion) ;
  • Vous adoptez une approche proactive en accompagnant et stimulant nos partenaires afin de stimuler l'activité et développer les volumes ;
  • En cas de baisse des performances, vous êtes capable d'en identifier les causes et de mettre en place des actions correctives ;
  • Vous remontez les commentaires des partenaires à vos collègues et contribuez à l'amélioration des processus et de l'expérience partenaire.
  • Français ou néerlandais natif, avec une excellente maîtrise de l'autre langue (min. C1) ;
  • À l'aise avec le téléphone, vous avez un excellent sens relationnel et une bonne capacité à interagir dans un environnement B2B ;
  • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction commerciale ou de suivi de partenaires/clients ;
  • Une première expérience dans le secteur financier (crédit, banque, assurance, courtage) est un atout ;
  • Capacité à structurer, organiser et suivre plusieurs partenaires/dossiers en parallèle ;
  • Esprit analytique : capacité à piloter et interpréter des KPI de performance (volumes, taux de conversion, activité partenaires) afin d'optimiser les résultats ;
  • Proactif(ve) et autonome, avec un réel sens des responsabilités.
