Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevend internationaal distributiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in chemische grondstoffen en technische oplossingen voor diverse industriële toepassingen. Als Inside Sales Medewerker ben je een cruciale schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en het externe salesteam. Je werkt nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke industry manager en draagt actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw van de klantenportefeuille binnen de coatingindustrie in de Benelux.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je ondersteunt de industry manager bij het beheren en uitbreiden van het klantenportfolio
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op en bewaakt een hoge klanttevredenheid
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en beantwoordt klantvragen op een efficiënte en professionele manier
  • Je ondersteunt klanten en collega’s bij technische en commerciële vraagstukken
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen
  • Je bent sterk in het opbouwen en onderhouden van professionele relaties
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en hebt een klantgerichte mindset
  • Je beschikt over een goed commercieel inzicht en begrijpt bedrijfsprocessen
  • Je communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ERP-systemen en Microsoft Office
  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een commerciële functie, bij voorkeur in een internationale context
