The posting

votre quotidien au bureau sera rythmé par un volume important d'appels sortants : votre priorité absolue sera de conquérir de nouveaux marchés corporate, mais aussi de rappeler activement nos clients existants pour maximiser les ventes additionnelles et sécuriser leur fidélité.

En tant que conseiller stratégique auprès d'interlocuteurs de haut niveau, vous pilotez le développement du chiffre d'affaires sur votre territoire à travers deux missions majeures :

Vos Missions Principales

  • Développement Commercial Corporate : Vous générez de la croissance via des ventes additionnelles sur votre portefeuille et transformez les opportunités (leads marketing, en cours d'acquisition) en contrats signés auprès d'une clientèle exclusivement professionnelle.
  • Fidélisation & Suivi Long Terme : Vous pilotez la relation client B2B dans la durée et anticipez les fins de contrat pour assurer leur renouvellement.

Votre Quotidien Opérationnel

  • Prospection Stratégique & Télévente : Face à un marché B2B total, vous passez un volume élevé d'appels sortants chaque jour depuis nos bureaux. Votre force réside dans votre capacité à cartographier les grands comptes et à engager le dialogue avec les décideurs clés (C-Level, Directeurs Achats, etc.).
  • Animation de Fichiers & Intelligence Commerciale : Vous construisez vos propres listes de prospection, qualifiez les leads marketing et analysez les segments de marché verticaux spécifiques.
  • Réseautage : Vous identifiez et développez de nouveaux partenaires et apporteurs d'affaires sur votre secteur.
  • Pilotage & Performance : Vous suivez votre activité sur notre CRM Salesforce et SAP dans le respect des processus internes. Vous atteignez (et dépassez !) vos objectifs annuels et reportez régulièrement à votre Chef des Ventes.

Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue FR/NL, vous aimez le rythme, la négociation téléphonique et le challenge commercial ?
