De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Inside Sales Representative:

  • Offertes, commerciële voorstellen, prijsdocumentatie en verkoopovereenkomsten voorbereiden en nauwkeurig opvolgen.
  • Klanten ondersteunen bij vragen over producten, beschikbaarheden, offertes, bestellingen en commerciële processen.
  • Klant-, contract- en opportuniteitsgegevens correct beheren in Salesforce, CRM- en ordermanagementsystemen.
  • Orders opvolgen en zorgen voor een correcte communicatie richting klanten over de voortgang en levering.
  • Nauw samenwerken met onder andere Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing en Technical Support.
  • Salescampagnes, leads, commerciële acties en contractverlengingen mee opvolgen.
  • Rapporteringen, dashboards, offertetrackers en commerciële overzichten voorbereiden ter ondersteuning van het salesteam.
  • Administratief opvolgen van klantovereenkomsten, prijsafspraken en specifieke commerciële voorwaarden.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij publieke en private aanbestedingen en de bijhorende documentatie.
  • Knelpunten binnen processen signaleren en meedenken over een efficiëntere commerciële werking.
  • Professionele relaties onderhouden met klanten zoals laboratoria, ziekenhuizen, universiteiten en onderzoeksinstellingen.

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een internationale organisatie actief binnen life sciences en klinische diagnostiek in de ruime regio rond Lokeren. De onderneming heeft tientallen jaren ervaring in het ontwikkelen en commercialiseren van hoogwaardige oplossingen voor onder andere ziekenhuizen, laboratoria, universiteiten en onderzoeksinstellingen. Je werkt binnen een professionele omgeving waar wetenschap, innovatie, kwaliteit en internationale samenwerking centraal staan. Wie jij bent als Inside Sales Representative:

  • Bachelordiploma binnen een relevante richting of gelijkwaardig door professionele ervaring.
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen sales support, customer service, commerciële administratie, inside sales, ordermanagement of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Een academische of wetenschappelijke achtergrond is belangrijk om klanten inhoudelijk te kunnen ondersteunen en technische oplossingen goed te begrijpen.
  • Ervaring binnen life sciences, diagnostiek, healthcare, laboratoria of een vergelijkbare B2B-omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands en Frans en een goede professionele kennis van het Engels.
  • Sterk georganiseerd en in staat om verschillende klanten, deadlines en prioriteiten gelijktijdig op te volgen.
  • Klantgerichte en professionele communicatiestijl, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office, waaronder Excel, Outlook, Word en PowerPoint.
  • Ervaring met Salesforce, CRM- of ERP-systemen is een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring met offertes, orderopvolging of publieke en private aanbestedingen vormt een pluspunt.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig met veel aandacht voor correcte en tijdige opvolging.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en comfortabel in een dynamische en meertalige werkomgeving.
