De organisatie is internationaal actief, maar binnen het Nederlandse team zijn de lijnen kort. Je werkt in een professionele en ondernemende omgeving waar eigen initiatief wordt gewaardeerd en commerciële ideeën ook daadwerkelijk worden opgepakt. Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers, inside sales en andere collega's. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat klanten goed worden bediend én dat commerciële kansen worden benut. Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Medewerker Inside Sales ben je een belangrijke commerciële schakel binnen het team. Je bent niet iemand die wacht tot een klant belt. Je kijkt juist actief waar kansen liggen en zorgt dat deze worden opgevolgd. Een klant die al langere tijd niets heeft besteld? Jij belt eens op. Een offerte die al een tijdje openstaat? Jij vraagt waar de klant staat. Een klant die product A afneemt? Jij denkt mee of product B of een aanvullende oplossing interessant kan zijn. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Actief benaderen van bestaande klanten en prospects; Slapende accounts opnieuw activeren en onderzoeken waarom de klant niet meer bestelt; Klanten proactief benaderen over nieuwe producten, ontwikkelingen en mogelijkheden; Opvolgen van leads, aanvragen en offertes; Nabellen van offertes en achterhalen wat nodig is om de opdracht binnen te halen; Meedenken over bijverkoop en aanvullende producten of opl...
