Onze klant, een gerenommeerd technisch bedrijf, specialiseert zich in industriële diesel- en gasmotoren, generatoren en innovatieve noodstroominstallaties. Het bedrijf in kwestie staat bekend om zijn stabiele, familiale sfeer, vlakke organisatiestructuur en open communicatie. Jobomschrijving

Als Inside Sales Engineer ben jij onmisbaar in het voorbereiden en begeleiden van technische projecten binnen de wereld van noodstroominstallaties. Je combineert technische kennis met een commerciële aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat elk project van aanvraag tot oplevering vlot en kwalitatief verloopt. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het vertalen van klantvragen naar concrete oplossingen en het waarborgen van een feilloze projectuitvoering. Hieronder een overzicht van jouw belangrijkste taken:

Functieomschrijving in puntjes

  • Analyseren van klantaanvragen en technische plannen voor diverse noodstroomprojecten.
  • Opmaken van correcte, gedetailleerde offertes en berekeningen op maat van de klant.
  • Opvolgen van offertes en orders, én het onderhouden van nauw contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne teams.
  • Plaatsen van bestellingen en verzorgen van een efficiënte projectvoorbereiding.
  • Uitvoeren van technische opmetingen en bezoeken van werven wanneer nodig.
  • Begeleiden van projecten van offertefase tot en met uitvoering, inclusief kwaliteits- en deadlinebewaking.
  • Actief meedenken aan technische en praktische oplossingen samen met collega’s binnen het projectteam.
  • Zorgen voor een heldere overdracht van informatie tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen.
  • Blijven leren over en inspelen op de nieuwste trends in energie- en noodstroomtechniek.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring of sterke interesse in energietechniek en noodstroomprojecten is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, commercieel ingesteld en haalt energie uit samenwerking in multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Zelfstandigheid, probleemoplossend denken en flexibiliteit typeren jouw werkstijl.
  • Je volgt graag de nieuwigheden binnen energietechniek en zet je kennis om in concrete oplossingen.
