Je combineert technische kennis met commerciële slagkracht en adviseert over aandrijflijn- en besturingsoplossingen voor onder meer bouwmachines, landbouwmachines en industriële toepassingen. Als Inside Sales Engineer werk je nauw samen met de buitendienst en vertaal je klantvragen naar passende oplossingen en scherpe offertes. ✓ Adviseren over tandwielkasten, lieren en mobiele en stationaire aandrijfsystemen ✓ Offertes opstellen en klantaanvragen verwerken in SAP ✓ Werken vanuit Alphen aan den Rijn in een internationale, informele organisatie ✓ Een salaris tussen €4.250,- en €4.750,- bruto per maand wat ga je doen? Als Inside Sales Engineer ben je de technische en commerciële schakel tussen klanten, accountmanagers en interne afdelingen. Je ondersteunt klanten bij hun keuzes, bewaakt het commerciële proces en zorgt dat aanvragen zorgvuldig worden opgevolgd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Telefonisch promoten en verkopen van aandrijftechnische producten, zoals tandwielkasten, lieren en complete mobiele en stationaire aandrijfsystemen - Technisch advies geven over aandrijflijn- en besturingsoplossingen voor bouw-, landbouw-, materiaaloverslag-, mijnbouw- en bosbouwapparatuur - Offertes opstellen en klantaanvragen, orders en relevante informatie verwerken in SAP - Leads opvolgen, nieuwe verkoopkansen signaleren en levertijden bewaken - Samenwerken met accountmanagers en collega's van andere afdelingen voor een optimale klantbedie...
