Wat ga je doen als Inside Sales Engineer? - Opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van technische offertes. - Adviseren van klanten over producten, toepassingen en maatwerkoplossingen. - Begeleiden van het volledige verkooptraject, van aanvraag tot order. - Inventariseren van klantbehoeften en vertalen naar een passende technische oplossing. - Onderhouden van dagelijks contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega's. - Verwerken van klant-, offerte- en ordergegevens in het ERP-systeem. - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en actief bijdragen aan omzetgroei. - Intensief samenwerken met de buitendienst, engineering, werkplaats en service. - Ondersteunen bij productintroducties en technische vraagstukken.
