Locatie Oss Inside sales engineer met passie voor commercie én techniek Rösler Benelux B.V. in Oss maakt deel uit van de Rösler Groep; 's werelds grootste producent van machines op het gebied van ontbraam-, reinigings- en straaltechniek. Rösler Benelux B.V. is een verkoop- en serviceorganisatie waar ongeveer 40 personen werkzaam zijn. Als Inside Sales Engineer ben je de motor van de verkoopafdeling die vanuit het kantoor alle commerciële processen ondersteunt en aanstuurt. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als collega's op het gebied van machines en toebehoren (straaltechniek en glijslijptechniek). Je maakt deel uit van een hecht en ervaren team, waar samenwerken de rode draad is. Uiteraard word je prima ingewerkt door een team van enthousiaste collega's. Rösler is een gezonde en solide organisatie met groeiambities waarin ook jij volop de ruimte krijgt om mee te groeien. Je voornaamste werkzaamheden zijn: - Het beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en potentiële klanten (leads) via telefoon en e-mail over prijzen, levertijden en producten. - Het opstellen van offertes en het bewaken van het offerte- en projecttraject. - Het afhandelen van machineorder projecten (SAP) en het bewaken van de voortgang. - Het beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en het up-to-date houden van productkennis. - Het ondersteunen van de accountmanagers van A tot Z. - Het onderhouden van contact met bestaande klanten , het signaleren van commerciële kansen en het oplossen van eventuele klachten of problemen. - Actief bijdragen aan verbetering van omzet en klanttevredenheid - leadsbewaking. - Actief bijdragen aan marketing- en verkoopacties.
