De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Inside Sales Executive:

  • Behandelen van inkomende commerciële aanvragen van klanten en internationale partners
  • Opvragen van tarieven bij rederijen, transporteurs, terminals en logistieke partners
  • Opmaken van competitieve offertes op basis van transporttarieven en marktinformatie
  • Actief opvolgen van offertes en identificeren van commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Nauw samenwerken met business development en operations
  • Registreren en opvolgen van offertes in het CRM-systeem
  • Verzamelen en delen van markt- en klanteninformatie met interne teams
  • Analyseren van klantbehoeften en adviseren over logistieke oplossingen

Onze klant Onze klant is een internationale logistieke organisatie actief binnen forwarding en maritieme dienstverlening. Vanuit hun vestiging in de regio Antwerpen ondersteunen zij klanten wereldwijd met transport- en logistieke oplossingen. Binnen het team staan samenwerking, kennisdeling en klantgerichtheid centraal. Wie jij bent als Inside Sales Executive:

  • Kennis van logistiek en freight forwarding (Incoterms, douane of breakbulk is een plus)
  • Inzicht in prijsstructuren, toeslagen en transportflows
  • Commercieel ingesteld met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Nauwkeurig en sterk in het beheren van meerdere dossiers tegelijk
  • Proactieve, oplossingsgerichte en hands-on mentaliteit
  • Teamgericht met gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid
