- Inside Sales France (Portet-sur-Garonne, Toulouse, France) Als lid van ons commerciële team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van commerciële relaties met onze klanten. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan het versterken van onze marktpositie. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Opbouwen, ontwikkelen en onderhouden van commerciële relaties met bestaande klanten. - Actief benaderen en werven van nieuwe klanten om de aanwezigheid van SmartSD op de markt te vergroten. - Identificeren van potentiële klantbedrijven en de belangrijkste contactpersonen. - Beheren en opvolgen van een eigen klantenportefeuille. - Promoten van nieuwe SmartSD-producten bij onze klanten. - Signaleren van commerciële kansen door klantbehoeften en relevante gegevens vast te leggen en bij te houden in het CRM-systeem. - Samenwerken met interne teams, zoals Finance, Customer Service en Logistiek, om de best mogelijke klantervaring te garanderen. Kennis van het Engels is een extra troef. Tijdens het inwerktraject krijg je technische producttraining.
