ShopWeDo / QLS is een van de toonaangevende logistieke spelers binnen de e-commerce in de Benelux. Met een sterke focus op technologie nemen wij voor honderden webshops het volledige logistieke proces uit handen, zodat onze klanten zich volledig kunnen richten op de groei van hun onderneming.

Onze dienstverlening bestaat uit fulfilment en pakketdistributie. Vanuit onze fulfilmentcentra verzorgen wij de opslag, orderverwerking en verzending van bestellingen. Daarnaast haalt ons team van toegewijde chauffeurs dagelijks pakketten op bij webshops in België en Nederland en zorgen we voor een snelle en betrouwbare levering.

Om de verdere groei van zowel onze fulfilmentactiviteiten als onze pakketdienst te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Inside Sales Medewerker voor ons kantoor in Mechelen. In deze rol help je nieuwe klanten kennis te maken met onze logistieke oplossingen en draag je actief bij aan de commerciële groei van ShopWeDo / QLS.

Als inside sales bent u verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Identificeren en kwalificeren van potentiële leads via verschillende kanalen.
  • Opbouwen en beheren van een klantenportfolio. Je bent 75% van je tijd bezig met prospectie en 25% van je tijd met klantenbinding.
  • Marktonderzoek uitvoeren om nieuwe potentiële leads te identificeren.
  • Offertes opstellen en opvolgen totdat de verkoop is gesloten.
  • Alles wordt geregistreerd in ons CRM systeem (Hubspot). Je gebruikt dit om je oproepen, afspraken, kansen en verkooppipeline bij te houden.
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op en creëert echte partnerships met je klanten om sterke en duurzame banden te ontwikkelen.
  • Je bent een geboren hunter die de drive heeft om elke “misschien” om te zetten in een “ja”.
  • Je beschikt over een commerciële flair en een natuurlijk talent voor communicatie.
  • Je blinkt uit in het werken in een dynamisch tempo en met een flinke dosis adrenaline.
  • Je bent een beller, geen mailer!
  • Targets schrikken je niet af?
  • Je bent klant- en oplossingsgericht. Je kan luisteren, analyseren en afsluiten.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk en je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans of Engels.
  • In staat om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken.
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van organisatie en tijdbeheer.
