Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor eigen klantportfolio;
  • Continu de beste oplossingen vinden;
  • Orders aannemen die via tal van mogelijkheden (telefoon, website, e-mail, bestelsystemen) binnen komen en verwerken;
  • Bestelde onderdelen zelfstandig uitzoeken in de daarvoor beschikbare computersystemen;
  • Correcte communicatie naar klanten, jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt;
  • Volgens procedure en retourcodes handelen bij retour genomen onderdelen;
  • Backorders controleren en alternatieven zoeken;
  • Nauwkeurig invoeren van gegevens in het systeem en deze orders bewaken op juistheid;
  • Handelen zodat onderdelen die niet voorradig zijn toch spoedig bij de klant geleverd worden.

Wat maakt jou de geschikte kandidaat?

  • Je hebt minimaal een MBO+ niveau op zak;
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en kennis van Frans
  • Je voelt je thuis in de Automotive sector;
  • Je kunt snel schakelen tussen systemen en werkzaamheden;
  • Je weet waar de prioriteiten liggen.
