Voor een gevestigde en groeiende organisatie regio Roeselare zijn we op zoek naar een medewerker commerciële binnendienst. Met een 200-tal medewerkers, verspreid over verschillende sites in België, kom je terecht in een stabiele en dynamische werkomgeving. Als medewerker commerciële binnendienst speel je een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse werking en ondersteun je klanten en collega's bij verschillende aanvragen en dossiers.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten zorg je voor een klantgerichte en voltte dienstverlening, waarbij je steeds meedenkt met hun behoeften
  • Van bestelling tot levering houd je het proces nauwgezet in het oog en zorg je voor een correcte verwerking en proactieve opvolging
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten weet je snel te herkennen en te vertalen naar concrete acties die bijdragen aan het behalen van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen
  • Bij klachten neem je de nodige verantwoordelijkheid, zorg je voor een correcte registratie en stem je af met de juiste interne diensten
  • Een optimale balans tussen klanttevredenheid, kwalitatieve service en kostenefficiëntie vormt daarbij de basis van je dagelijkse aanpak
  • Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma op zak in een relevante richting
  • Heb je reeds ervaring of ben je net afgestudeerd, je bent van harte welkom
  • Voor een goede communicatie ben je vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans
