Jobomschrijving

Wil jij meebouwen aan de koel- en vriescellen van morgen? Heb je een goed ruimtelijk en logisch inzicht, ben je nauwkeurig en hou je ervan om het juiste technisch advies te geven aan B2B-klanten? Dan ben jij misschien wel de versterking die ons team zoekt!

Jouw rol?

*Samen met een ervaren collega ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten uit de retail en residentiële markt, die op zoek zijn naar modulaire koel- en vriescellen (panelensystemen).

*Je volgt elk dossier van A tot Z op:

*Je buigt je over klantenvragen en toetst telkens af of de voorgestelde oplossing technisch klopt en uitvoerbaar is.

  • Je maakt heldere, correcte offertes en volgt deze van bestelling tot levering.
  • Je hebt regelmatig contact met leveranciers (o.a. in Frankrijk en Portugal) en klanten, en vraagt proactief de nodige goedkeuringen en bevestigingen.
  • Je beheert alle bijkomende vragen rond het gamma panelen en zorgt dat elke levering vlekkeloos geregeld wordt.
  • Je staat veel in contact met het logistieke team in het magazijn (de magazijnier is Franstalig), maar je werkt zelf administratief en adviserend vanop kantoor.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

*Je hebt een bachelor werk- en denkniveau (of relevante ervaring).

*Je denkt logisch en hebt een scherp ruimtelijk inzicht; je denkt kritisch na of wat in de offerte staat praktisch uitvoerbaar is.

*Je houdt van afwisselend, projectmatig werk en kan meerdere dossiers tegelijk behandelen.

*Ervaring binnen technische of commerciële binnendienst is een grote plus.

*Je hebt geen schrik om initiatief te nemen, bent actiegericht en durft de telefoon te nemen.

*Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én het Frans (ca 40% *Franstalige klanten en collega’s); Engels is mooi meegenomen voor internationaal leverancierscontact.

*Kennis van Business Central/andere ERP-systemen is interessant, maar geen must.

*Je werkt graag in team en houdt ervan eigenaarschap te nemen over je dossiers.
