Ben jij een ware auto-fanaat en heb je interesse om (verder) aan de slag te gaan in deze sector? Lees dan zeker verder want voor een bedrijf in Aartselaar gaan we op zoek naar een Inside Sales Medewerker.

In deze functie ben je het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten in heel Europa. Je helpt bandencentrales, garages, importeurs en grote vloten verder met advies, productvragen en oplossingen. Jij groeit op termijn uit tot expert binnen een bepaalde niche (4x4 banden, quadbanden, oldtimerbanden, ..).

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket er concreet uit?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor professionele dealers met vragen over banden en aanverwante producten.
  • Je geeft klanten advies en ondersteuning en helpt hen bij het vinden van de juiste oplossing.
  • Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten en leveranciers via telefoon, e-mail en sociale media en bouwt zo een persoonlijke relatie uit met hen.
  • Je bouwt productkennis op en ontwikkelt je tot specialist binnen een specifieke bandenniche.
  • Je denkt proactief mee na over acties en promoties en helpt deze onder de aandacht te brengen bij dealers.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je kijkt terug op een eerste werkervaring van minstens 2 jaar binnen een administratieve of sales ondersteunende functie.
  • Je beschikt minstens over een diploma secundair onderwijs. Een hoger diploma is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en kan zeer goed je plantrekken in het Frans.
  • Je bent klantgericht en krijgt energie van contacten met klanten en denkt graag zo goed mogelijk met hen mee.
  • Je hebt interesse in de auto’s banden en de automotive sector in zijn geheel. Je kijkt er dan ook naar uit om meer te weten te komen over dit product.
