Voor een internationale producent van innovatieve pompoplossingen zoeken we een Technical Inside Sales Medewerker. Je ondersteunt klanten én de buitendienst bij de technische voorbereiding van projecten en helpt mee de meest geschikte oplossing uit te werken.

Als Technical Inside Sales Medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales en de technische organisatie.

Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en vertaalt deze naar een passende technische oplossing. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de buitendienst en internationale collega's.

Je bent onder meer verantwoordelijk voor:

  • analyseren van klantenvragen en adviseren over de meest geschikte technische oplossing;
  • selecteren van producten op basis van technische specificaties;
  • uitwerken, opmaken en opvolgen van offertes;
  • ondersteunen van de buitendienst tijdens commerciële trajecten;
  • beantwoorden van technische vragen van klanten;
  • samenwerken met internationale collega's rond projecten en productkennis;
  • bijdragen aan een vlotte overdracht van projecten naar de volgende fases.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Sales Manager Belux.
  • Technische opleiding of technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur elektromechanica.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans, aangevuld met een goede kennis van Engels.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en CRM-systemen.
  • Interesse in technologie en een sterke klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Proactief, analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht.
