In deze rol krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over diverse taken, waaronder:

  • Beheren van verkoopprijzen en -contracten
  • Bijhouden van klant- en leveranciergegevens
  • Administratieve opvolging van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen
  • Analyseren van verkoopcijfers en rapportages
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne collega’s en klanten, waarbij je administratieve ondersteuning biedt

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten om succesvol te zijn in deze rol:

Je hebt de nodige vaardigheden en competenties:

  • Vloeiende kennis van Microsoft Office-toepassingen
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 is een pluspunt
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en een goede basiskennis van het Frans
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Proactieve houding; afwachten is niets voor jou
  • Teamspirit is voor jou belangrijk
