Voor een groeiende, internationale speler binnen de hospitalitysector in de regio van Merchtem zoeken we een Inside Sales Medewerker die commerciële ondersteuning combineert met klantencontact en op termijn ook business development.

Jouw rol:

Je werkt nauw samen met het sales- en projectteam en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse commerciële opvolging. Ongeveer 80% van je tijd bestaat uit inside sales, aangevuld met occasionele klantenbezoeken in de Benelux.

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders en offertes.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen via e-mail, telefoon en webshop.
  • Opvolgen van klanten en leads.
  • Coördineren met sales, logistiek, aankoop en customer service.
  • Ondersteunen van hotelopeningen en klantprojecten.
  • Identificeren van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Occasioneel bezoeken van klanten in België, Nederland en Luxemburg.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van het bedrijf op beurzen en hospitality-events.

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Eerste ervaring in inside sales, customer service, commerciële administratie of business support.
  • Gemotiveerde starters komen ook in aanmerking.
  • Ervaring binnen hospitality is een plus.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands met goede kennis Frans en Engels
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs en eigen wagen voor occasionele klantenbezoeken.
  • Klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.
  • Nauwkeurig en sterk georganiseerd.
  • Flexibel en goed in prioriteiten stellen.
  • Commercieel ingesteld en gemotiveerd om bij te leren.
  • Comfortabel in een dynamische KMO-omgeving.
