En daarnaast: - Kwalificeer en volg je inkomende aanvragen en leads actief op; - Stel je offertes op, bel je deze na en realiseer je orders; - Beantwoord je klantvragen over prijs, levertijd en productadvies, in samenwerking met collega's; - Onderhoud je klantrelaties en verzorg je aftersales; - Coördineer je sample-aanvragen; - Houd je het CRM-systeem actueel en deel je forecasts met het team; - Werk je nauw samen met marketing, buitendienst en service.
