Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Inside Sales Medewerker (m/v/x) voor een vaste functie in de regio Aalst.

Onze klant is actief binnen de internationale technologiesector en ondersteunt zakelijke partners met een breed aanbod aan IT-oplossingen, cloudservices, infrastructuur en commerciële ondersteuning. Je komt terecht in een dynamische en groeiende omgeving waar commerciële drive, klantgerichtheid en doorgroeimogelijkheden centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van een klantenportefeuille en het ondersteunen van het commerciële proces van A tot Z. Je werkt vanuit een binnendienstrol en hebt een centrale positie binnen de interne saleswerking.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Het beheren en uitbouwen van een eigen klantenportefeuille;
  • Het realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen en het opvolgen van salesresultaten;
  • Het actief contacteren van klanten via commerciële outbound calls;
  • Het opmaken en opvolgen van offertes;
  • Het administratief correct verwerken van gegevens en commerciële dossiers in de systemen;
  • Het werken met SAP en andere interne tools;
  • Het schakelen tussen verschillende producten en klantvragen;
  • Het meedenken met klanten en collega's om tot de juiste oplossing te komen;
  • Het snel en efficiënt oplossen van problemen;
  • Het opnemen van een centrale rol tussen verschillende interne en externe contactpunten.

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken een commerciële en procesmatige professional met interesse in technologie en een klantgerichte mindset. Zowel schoolverlaters als kandidaten met ervaring komen in aanmerking.

Jij beschikt idealiter over:

  • Een denkniveau op bachelorniveau;
  • Interesse in de IT- of technologiesector;
  • Een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands;
  • Een goede kennis van het Frans, waarbij spreekdurf belangrijk is;
  • Een basis tot goede kennis van het Engels;
  • Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid;
  • Het vermogen om logisch mee te denken en verbanden te leggen;
  • Commerciële feeling en maturiteit;
  • Een procesmatige aanpak en zin voor structuur;
  • De flexibiliteit om vlot tussen verschillende producten en dossiers te schakelen.
