Wat ga je doen? Als Inside Sales medewerker ben jij de verbindende factor tussen techniek en de klant. Je combineert jouw technische kennis met een commerciële instelling en helpt klanten bij het vinden van duurzame oplossingen die passen bij hun situatie. Geen dag is hetzelfde!

- Je adviseert klanten de over duurzame installaties en oplossingen; - Je stelt offertes en technische voorstellen op; - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, leveranciers en monteurs; - Je beantwoordt technische vragen en denkt actief mee over oplossingen; - Je bereidt schouwingen voor en gaat indien nodig mee op locatie; - Je begeleidt klanten van de eerste aanvraag tot en met de opdracht; - Je herkent commerciële kansen en weet hier goed op in te spelen; - Je werkt nauw samen met de planning en installatieteams.

De ene dag bespreek je een oplossing met een klant, terwijl je de volgende dag een project afstemt met een monteur of leverancier. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie interessant!
