Je ondersteunt de accountmanager zowel commercieel als administratief en zorgt ervoor dat klantvragen snel en zorgvuldig worden opgepakt. Je vertaalt technische vraagstukken naar passende offertes en oplossingen, zet aanvragen om in orders en houdt ondertussen goed contact met klanten en collega's. Ook denk je mee over nieuwe kansen in de markt en signaleer je waar extra mogelijkheden liggen. Zo draag je direct bij aan een soepel salesproces en duurzame klantrelaties. Als Inside Sales Medewerker ben jij de spil tussen klant, accountmanager en organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen goed binnenkomen, technisch juist worden beoordeeld en vlot worden omgezet in een passende offerte of order. Daarbij heb je veel contact met klanten, volg je leads op en bepaal je samen met de accountmanager wanneer een bezoek nodig is. Ook schakel je met collega's over inkoop van artikelen die buiten het standaardassortiment vallen. Met jouw commerciële gevoel, technische inzicht en administratieve nauwkeurigheid houd je het salesproces soepel draaiende. - Je vertaalt technische klantvragen naar heldere offertes en passende oplossingen. - Je zet aanbiedingen en offertes om in concrete orders. - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en benadert relaties op basis van leads. - Je verwerkt binnenkomende aanvragen en beoordeelt of inzet van de accountmanager nodig is. - Je koopt producten in die buiten het standaardassortiment vallen. - Je signaleert markttrends en herkent nieuwe kansen en klanten.
