Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een Inside Sales Medewerker die het commerciële team mee versterkt. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar klantgerichtheid, nauwkeurigheid en communicatie centraal staan. Een functie met veel afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat mag je verwachten? Als Inside Sales Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales en de interne organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat commerciële afspraken en administratieve processen vlot verlopen en dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een correcte en professionele opvolging.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je ondersteunt het sales team en volgt klanten proactief op.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze verder op.
  • Je verwerkt en volgt orders nauwkeurig op.
  • Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van verkoopgegevens.
  • Je verwerkt informatie nauwkeurig in de interne systemen.
  • Je werkt samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.

Geen dag is helemaal hetzelfde: je combineert klantencontact, administratie, commerciële opvolging en talen in één veelzijdige functie.

We zijn vooral benieuwd naar jouw communicatieve skills, talenkennis en nauwkeurigheid.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • zeer goede kennis van het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Dit is noodzakelijk voor de functie.
  • een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in klantencontact.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • klantgericht en houdt ervan om zaken correct op te volgen.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met administratieve processen en systemen.
  • Ervaring binnen inside sales, commerciële binnendienst of een gelijkaardige functie is mooi meegenomen.
  • Kennis van SAP? Dat is een sterke troef.

Heb je nog geen ervaring? Ook schoolverlaters met de juiste ingesteldheid en talenkennis zijn welkom. Motivatie, leergierigheid en een professionele communicatie zijn voor ons minstens zo belangrijk.
