Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen een sterke start via een introductieprogramma en volop kansen om zichzelf te ontwikkelen dankzij een breed opleidingsaanbod. Door aanhoudende groei zijn ze nu op zoek naar een Inside Sales Medewerker voor de Belgische markt en dat regio Wielsbeke!

Jouw functie als Inside Sales Medewerker voor de Belgische markt Binnen het internal sales team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloze verwerking en coördinatie van bestellingen en leveringen in SAP, zodat alles perfect getimed bij de klant aankomt. Je begeleidt klanten bij de overstap naar het online bestelplatform en anticipeert proactief op vragen of uitdagingen. Met een scherp oog voor optimalisatie denk je mee over het verbeteren van processen en neemt daarbij graag het initiatief. Samenwerking staat centraal: hoewel je in deze functie een eigen klantenportefeuille beheert, wordt er ook ingezet op een sterke teamdynamiek en onderlinge back-up. Daarnaast wordt er actief bijgedragen aan lopende projecten binnen internal sales en rapporteert deze collega aan de teamlead internal sales.

Kortom: een veelzijdige rol voor iemand die energie krijgt van klantencontact, structuur brengt in processen en zich graag vastbijt in slimme oplossingen.

  • Je hebt een hoger diploma (bachelor of master).
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een grote plus!
  • Je hebt uitstekende pc-vaardigheden; kennis van SAP is een voordeel.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, kunt informatie analyseren, oplossingen vinden, zelfstandig werken en actie ondernemen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, leergierig, positief en flexibel ingesteld.
  • Je bent klantgericht, hebt een commerciële feeling en communiceert vlot en helder.
