Over de organisatie

Onze klant is een internationaal bedrijf in Diegem actief in de logistieke sector. Je werkt 38 uren per week met flexibele werkuren en kan na opleiding ook kiezen voor 1 dag thuiswerk per week. Op jaarbasis heb je recht op 35 verlofdagen. Je komt in een leuk team van 15 personen terecht met een goede werksfeer dat ook instaat voor een grondige opleiding.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Inside Sales ben je verantwoordelijk voor een eigen klantenportfolio van kleine en medium klanten. Je volgt bestaande klanten op en probeert de omzet hierbij te verhogen. Daarnaast blijf je ook uitkijken naar nieuwe klanten. Door middel van prospectie benader je bedrijven en breng je hun transportbehoeften in kaart met de bedoeling om over te gaan op verkoop. Hiervoor werk je ook nauw samen met de sales buitendienst.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze job als Inside Sales is Hays op zoek naar een kandidaat die

  • Vlot kan communiceren in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Bij voorkeur beschikt over een eerste commerciële ervaring als inside sales of telesales.
  • Gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met de juiste attitude komen ook in aanmerking
  • Graag telefonisch contact hebben met klanten en doorzettingsvermogen tonen.
  • Resultaatgericht zijn en graag met targets werken
  • Ambitie tonen om op termijn door te groeien naar sales buitendienst
