Onze klant is een sterk groeiende speler in technische dienstverlening, gespecialiseerd in kwalitatieve oplossingen voor zowel particuliere als professionele klanten. Het bedrijf staat bekend om zijn dynamische, familiale cultuur, vlotte interne samenwerking en focus op klantbeleving. Collega's werken in een vlakke structuur, met korte communicatielijnen en een uitgesproken drive om te scoren als team.

Omschrijving

  • Analyseren en verwerken van inkomende aanvragen en omzetten naar duidelijke, correcte offertes.
  • Actieve telefonische opvolging van offertes om duidelijkheid te bieden, vertrouwen te creëren en deals binnen te halen.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met B2B‑partners zoals makelaars en syndici.
  • Empathisch begeleiden van particuliere klanten die vaak stress ervaren bij schadegevallen.
  • Tijdig en nauwkeurig overdragen van goedgekeurde dossiers aan projectleiders.
  • Antwoorden op vragen van partners en experten rond prijzen en technische aspecten.
  • Bijdragen aan de interne kennisdeling rond producten en processen.
  • Heeft commerciële flair en voelt geen drempelvrees om klanten proactief te contacteren.
  • Combineert empathie met overtuigingskracht, vooral bij particuliere klanten.
  • Is administratief sterk, snel en nauwkeurig - ongeacht de grootte van het dossier.
  • Blijft kalm en gestructureerd in een omgeving met veel aanvragen per dag.
  • Is communicatief sterk in zowel Nederlands als Frans.
  • Heeft ervaring in een commerciële functie met veel klantencontact.
  • Denkt in oplossingen, neemt initiatief en werkt graag nauw samen met business developers en projectteams.
