Voor een internationaal actief bedrijf binnen de medische en farmaceutische sector zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Inside Sales Representative. De organisatie ontwikkelt en verdeelt innovatieve producten die bijdragen aan kwalitatieve zorg en ondersteunt professionele zorgverleners met betrouwbare oplossingen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Inside Sales Representative ben je een belangrijke schakel in het commerciële team. Je combineert klantencontact met actieve prospectie en krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Actieve prospectie: nieuwe klanten identificeren en contacteren via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Sales hunting: opportuniteiten detecteren, leads opvolgen en potentiële klanten overtuigen van de meerwaarde van de producten.
  • Klantenrelaties: bestaande klanten ondersteunen en commerciële relaties verder uitbouwen.
  • Commerciële opvolging: offertes opmaken en opvolgen, klantvragen beantwoorden en verkoopkansen benutten.
  • Samenwerking: nauw samenwerken met collega's van sales en andere interne afdelingen om commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Administratie: klantgegevens en commerciële activiteiten correct registreren in het CRM-systeem.

Als toekomstige inside sales rep voor dit medisch bedrijf met vestiging in Dilbeek beschik je over het volgend profiel:

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in sales, inside sales, telemarketing of business development. Ervaring met actieve prospectie is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, resultaatgericht en haalt energie uit klantencontact.
  • Je durft de telefoon te nemen en nieuwe klanten proactief te benaderen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet commerciële opportuniteiten om te zetten in concrete resultaten.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en hebt zin om bij te leren.
  • Interesse in de medische of farmaceutische sector is mooi meegenomen.
