You work proactively to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships, initiating upselling opportunities, and accurately following up on orders and quotations. As an Inside sales Representative, you play an important role in driving revenue growth and supporting the success of our sales team. What you'll do: - Act as the first point of contact for all matters concerning key accounts. - Handle quotations, orders, and customer inquiries accurately and promptly. - Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. - Develop a SMART sales plan for your region, including actionable KPI's. - Independently manage and expand relationships with existing customers. - Analyze customer needs to uncover and implement tailored upselling and cross-selling solutions. About you: - 1 - 3 years of experience in a commercial role. - You are fluent in English and Polish (min.
