Voor een full-service expediteur in Schiedam zoeken wij een Inside Sales Representative die de logistieke wereld van binnen en van buiten kent. Ons aanbod - Een salaris tussen €4.000 en €4.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en een eventuele 13e maand afhankelijk van de bedrijfsresultaten; - Een bonusregeling op basis van prestaties en resultaten; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer; - 1 dag per week thuiswerken en flexibele werktijden vanaf 07:30 uur; - Bedrijfsfitnessregeling en een lunchregeling met een eigen bijdrage van €1,10. Wat ga je doen als Inside Sales Representative - Tarieven inkopen, offertes opstellen en deze actief opvolgen bij prospects en bestaande klanten; - Acquisitiegesprekken voeren om nieuwe klanten aan te trekken en je klantenportefeuille te laten groeien; - Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers, vervoerders, agenten en douane; - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de klanttevredenheid van bestaande klanten en agenten; - De administratieve verwerking van offertes verzorgen en bijdragen aan de teamdoelstellingen. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Inside Sales Representative - Een afgerond mbo-diploma, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of economische richting; - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring binnen forwarding, kennis van operationele forwarding-activiteiten is een pluspunt; - Commercieel sterk, overtuigend en nauwkeurig: je signaleert kansen, werkt detailgericht en volgt leads consequent op; - Een actief netwerk binnen de logistieke sector dat je weet te onderhouden en uit te breiden; - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
