In this position, you and your colleagues will be responsible for ensuring satisfied customers. You ensure that customers are treated in a friendly and correct manner. On a daily basis, you are mainly involved in customer contact, order processing and other operational activities. You are a real spider in the web. You are the connecting link between your customers, the sales, production and logistics departments and the other Martin Glas branches. As an inside sales representative, you will have the following responsibilities: You will ensure optimal customer experience and satisfaction. You will ensure optimal telephone accessibility of the department. You ensure high delivery reliability. For quick and correct handling of emails with orders, customer queries etc. You enter orders flawlessly and process them within the stipulated timeframe so that they are ready for production on time. You order from suppliers and check that deliveries are complete and meet price agreements. FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS A completed secondary vocational education, preferably in administration, trade, commerce or in a similar field; You have a passion for satisfied customers; You are hands-on, driven, like to get down to business and move quickly; You are proactive and able to work independently; You are solution-oriented and think process-oriented; You are structured and precise; You have a command of the Dutch language, both written and oral; You have experience with Office365 including Excel and Word; Experience with an ERP system is a plus.
