Onze klant is op zoek naar een gedreven Inside Sales Representative die met enthousiasme en proactiviteit de verkoop mee helpt uitbouwen binnen de wereld van informatiebeveiliging. Als Inside Sales Representative maak je deel uit van het salesteam en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor een toegewezen klantenportefeuille. Je zorgt voor tevreden klanten, bouwt duurzame relaties op en grijpt commerciële opportuniteiten waar mogelijk.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Opmaak en opvolging van commerciële offertes.
  • Telefonisch contact met klanten, inclusief up- en cross-selling.
  • Opvolging van renewals en verlengingen bij bestaande klanten.
  • Opstellen en nauwkeurig bijhouden van klantendossiers.
  • Uitbouwen van lange termijnrelaties en fungeren als vast aanspreekpunt.
  • Terugkoppelen van klantenfeedback naar collega’s om processen en klantentevredenheid te verbeteren.

Daarnaast verdiep je je in het securitybeleid van de organisatie. Je neemt deel aan trainingen, campagnes en opleidingen rond cybersecurity om je kennis up-to-date te houden en optimaal in te zetten voor klanten.

  • Commerciële mindset: Je weet relaties uit te bouwen en opportuniteiten te zien, ook zonder specifieke saleservaring.
  • Communicatief sterk: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Klantgericht: Je staat klaar voor klanten, zorgt voor een correcte opvolging en biedt ondersteuning waar nodig.
  • Administratief onderlegd: Je werkt nauwkeurig bij het verwerken van offertes, renewals en klantendossiers.
  • Digitale vaardigheden: Je bent vertrouwd met Office, Teams en CRM-systemen.
