Commerciële ondersteuning

Je ondersteunt de accountmanager bij het beheer van grotere klantenrelaties en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers van A tot Z correct worden opgevolgd.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • offertes opstelt, opvolgt en afwerkt;
  • prijzen en voorwaarden opvraagt bij leveranciers;
  • bestellingen verwerkt en opvolgt tot aan de levering;
  • klantvragen beantwoordt en actief oplossingen aanreikt;
  • leads screent en voorbereidt voor de accountmanager;
  • nauw samenwerkt met collega's van aankoop, administratie, logistiek en andere interne diensten.

Naast ondersteuning neem je ook zelf commerciële initiatieven.

  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten via telefoon, e-mail en digitale communicatiekanalen;
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten binnen bestaande klantrelaties;
  • Je adviseert klanten over aanvullende producten en oplossingen;
  • Je bouwt relaties verder uit binnen retailorganisaties, ketens en franchiseformules;
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe commerciële kansen in België en Frankrijk;
  • Je beheert zelfstandig klanten met een beperkter omzetpotentieel.

Hoe ziet een gemiddelde werkdag eruit?

  • 50% ondersteuning van de accountmanager: je bereidt offertes voor, volgt bestellingen op, behandelt klantvragen en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële dossiers vlot verlopen.
  • 50% beheer van een eigen klantenportefeuille: je onderhoudt contacten met klanten die geen actieve buitendienstopvolging nodig hebben, volgt opportuniteiten op en bouwt bestaande relaties verder uit.

Je bent geen klassieke administratieve binnendienstmedewerker, maar een commerciële professional die graag impact maakt.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst- of inside salesfunctie.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het opmaken en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Je bent gewend om klanten proactief te contacteren en kansen te detecteren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je denkt commercieel mee en durft initiatief nemen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt meerdere dossiers tegelijk onder controle.
  • Je hebt een bachelor denkniveau.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en werkt vlot met moderne softwaretools en AI-toepassingen.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-pakket is een pluspunt.

  • Engels: goede basis
