De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Inside Sales Specialist:

  • Genereren, kwalificeren en beheren van inbound en outbound leads
  • Geven van bedrijfspresentaties aan potentiële en bestaande klanten
  • Prospecteren van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten in samenwerking met marketing en andere afdelingen
  • Opvolgen van inkomende telefoons en e-mails van klanten
  • Bijhouden en correct beheren van gegevens in het CRM-systeem
  • Opstellen van offertes en opdrachtbevestigingen en opvolgen van commerciële dossiers
  • Onderzoeken van markttrends en activiteiten van concurrenten
  • Samenwerken met internationale teams om ideeën, inzichten en best practices te delen
  • Deelnemen aan sectorgerelateerde events, beurzen en workshops
  • Signaleren van kansen en bedreigingen in de markt en bijdragen aan de commerciële strategie

Wie jij bent als Inside Sales Specialist:

  • Relevante opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Eerste ervaring binnen een commerciële of salesondersteunende functie
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van offertes en orderverwerking
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Commercieel inzicht en proactieve houding
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en CRM-systemen
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
  • Voldoende kennis van het Engels
  • Ervaring met prospectie of afspraken inplannen voor buitendienst is een plus
  • Vriendelijke en professionele telefoonstem
