De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Inside Sales Specialist:

  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en hen voorzien van technisch en commercieel advies.
  • Klantenbehoeften analyseren en deze vertalen naar passende oplossingen en offertes.
  • Wensen en verwachtingen van klanten in kaart brengen en adviseren over producten en dienstverlening.
  • Informatie geven over artikelen, prijzen en beschikbaarheid en waar nodig alternatieven voorstellen.
  • Commercieel sterke offertes opstellen en deze actief opvolgen met als doel ze om te zetten in orders.
  • Mogelijkheden voor cross-selling en up-selling herkennen en commercieel benutten.
  • Bestaande klantenrelaties verder uitbouwen en streven naar een optimale klanttevredenheid.
  • Proactief commerciële kansen signaleren en resultaatgericht opvolgen.
  • Verzorgen van de bijhorende administratieve verwerking van klantendossiers en orders.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's binnen een dynamische commerciële omgeving.

Wie jij bent als Inside Sales Specialist:

  • Diploma hoger onderwijs op zak.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen een vergelijkbare commerciële functie is een troef, maar sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
  • Commercieel en resultaatgericht ingesteld met een natuurlijke feeling voor klantencontact.
  • Affiniteit met de automotive sector en interesse in elektrische wagens.
  • Technische kennis vormt een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Dynamische en proactieve persoonlijkheid die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Klantenbehoeften goed kunnen analyseren en vertalen naar concrete commerciële oplossingen.
