FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Hou je ervan om relaties uit te bouwen, opportuniteiten te detecteren en klanten te adviseren over producten en diensten? Dan is deze functie als Inside Sales Specialist misschien wel jouw ideale volgende stap.

Onze klant is een internationale marktleider binnen de foodservice- en horecadistributie. Dagelijks ondersteunen zij restaurants, hotels, grootkeukens, cateringbedrijven en andere professionele klanten met een uitgebreid assortiment kwaliteitsproducten en een uitstekende dienstverlening.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Inside Sales Specialist ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de organisatie en haar klanten. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met een bestaande klantenportefeuille en zorgt ervoor dat klanten optimaal worden ondersteund bij hun bestellingen en commerciële vragen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Actief contacteren van klanten en onderhouden van langdurige klantenrelaties.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen.
  • Adviseren van klanten over producten, promoties en nieuwe opportuniteiten.
  • Stimuleren van omzetgroei binnen jouw klantenportefeuille.
  • Detecteren van commerciële kansen en cross-selling mogelijkheden.
  • Opvolgen van commerciële doelstellingen en KPI's.
  • Samenwerken met accountmanagers en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Correct registreren van klantinformatie en commerciële acties in het CRM-systeem.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een uitstekende klanttevredenheid.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een commerciële mindset en haalt energie uit klantencontact.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet klanten professioneel te adviseren.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en houdt ervan om commerciële doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent vlot met computerprogramma's en administratieve opvolging.
  • Ervaring binnen telesales, customer service, inside sales of commerciële binnendienst is een pluspunt.
  • Affiniteit met horeca, voeding of foodservice is mooi meegenomen.
  • Tweetalig: NL/FR
